PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are your products Cruelty Free?
All our products are cruelty free, we do not support testing on animals. We do not directly or indirectly perform animal testing on any of our products. We are in the process of gaining Leaping Bunny certification.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes our products have been developed to be 100% vegan with no animal derived ingredients.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our airless pump pack is 100% recyclable. You can peel off the label and recycle with your household waste. Currently the label is not recyclable.
Are your shipping materials recyclable?
Our mailing box is made from at least 80% recycled materials and it can be recycled.
Where do you manufacture?
We manufacture our products in the UK.
Do your products contain fragrance essential oils, drying alcohol, silicones, parabens or sulphates?
No they do not.
Can you use Living M products if you are using HRT?
Yes you can.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
UK Delivery
Standard delivery - Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days and shipping is free. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays) and are shipped via Royal Mail.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, currently we only deliver in the UK.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
How do I place a return or exchange?
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your products. Please contact us at hello@wearelivingm.com within the 14 days of receiving a parcel to organise a return. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns of products that have been opened or damaged. If your order arrived damaged, missing an item or if something else is wrong, please send us pictures of your order and the order number at hello@wearelivingm.com and we will do our best to help you.
How much does a return cost?
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the parcel until it arrives to our warehouses. It includes the risk of loss or damage of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
Living M cannot change an order once it has been placed.

What is your company position on sustainability?
We are conscious of our impact on the environment and have chosen to be manufactured in the UK with a 100% recyclable airless pump pack. Our shipping materials are made from recycled materials and are recyclable. As our business grows we are committed to continually evaluate and evolve our brand and business impact on our environment.
